Having seen a car online at Lighthouse Car Centre, although it was over a hundred miles away, having read the reviews I decided it would be worth the journey and called to ask more details. Karl was easy to talk to without any pressure and answered my questions, including how the warranty would work living so far away. The car was great, however, my insurers had phone issues and couldn’t change my insurance to drive home. The team at Lighthouse were absolutely brilliant with their hospitality and ideas of how to get cover.
It was well worth the journey to have found the right garage and the right car. I would recommend them to anyone buying a car; even if they are a little further than you would usually think of travelling, their quality cars and friendly, honest customer service more than makes up for it.

Dealt with Lighthouse Car Centre last year with a neighbour, impressed with service, so when it came to upgrading my wifes car I returned there, nice selection of good quality cars to choose from. A minor issue found, returned the car and they immediately took it to a repair centre. Issue sorted in minutes with no hassle whatsoever, will definitely return in the future. Helpful, friendly gents with no pressure selling at all

I cannot recommend this place enough..Dan was so patient and not pushy, just very helpful and respectful from the start, eventually finding me my perfect car, that has ran like a dream and not caused me a single issue, but was reassured that they would be there to help if it did. Great service and after sales boys..top notch and a big thanks.Audi Q3 bought in the summer. I am just sorry it has taken me this long to leave a comment my apologies.

This is the 2nd vehicle we have brought from this firm. It's benifit is, a no pressure sale, we were allowed to wander freely and inspect various cars, Karl was extremely helpfu, we ended up collecting the car 4 days after viewing it, and it came cleaned and full MOT, and as we insured it prior, Karl was able to Tax it for us. I have been driving for over 52 years and have been to an awful lot of dealers over the years but must say that Dan and staff were brilliant. There was never any hard sell in fact it was the opposite. You couldn't ask for a more pleasant company to deal with.
