My car buying experience was outstanding.
After reading the reviews about the team at Lighthouse Car Centre I looked through their stock and found a car I was really interested in. Liaising with Karl was friendly, relaxed and he was knowledgeable about the car. I went to see the car, had a test drive, had my car valued for part ex, all on a Sunday afternoon. At no point was any pressure applied and the following day I called to reserve the car, a lovely A3 Convertible. Collection was organised and they couldn’t do more to make it a pleasant experience. The car was well presented and thoroughly checked over and anything that needed sorting they did it. They pride themselves on repeat business, and when the time comes, I shall definitely return to buy my next car. Thank you all, especially Karl.
