After visiting multiple different used car garages, my girlfriend and I stumbled upon Lighthouse Cars, and thank god we did! With a limited budget and an idea of what we did and didn’t want, this was the perfect place!
Scott came out to say hi (the first time that day that we’d been greeted by anyone) but was far from the stereotypical pushy salesman. He asked a few questions, pointed us in the right direction and then left us to it. Exactly the right balance of helpfulness and space.
This was the first time I’d bought a car like this, so I was apprehensive to say the least. But there was no need. After seeing one we liked, Scott gave us the keys and we checked it out inside. Again, on hand to answer questions, but with enough space to do our due diligence.
When we decided to go for it, Scott made the process so simple. Taking my old car for scrap in part exchange, and delivering my new shiny Seat Ibiza to my house!
He never made us feel stupid or inferior as women who don’t have much knowledge about cars. He was honest, personable and responsive through the entire process.
I really can’t recommend him, and Lighthouse cars enough. Thanks Scott, we’ll be back when we’re ready to trade our car in for a newer model!
